Poutine is a popular Canadian dish. It consists of french fries and cheese curds topped with brown gravy. Optionally, you can add toppings like smoked meat, chili, or bacon. You can find poutine almost anywhere in Canada.
Fritz is located on Davie Street in downtown Vancouver. The shop is small and there are not many seats. The price is affordable, and there are many choices in terms of size, toppings and dipping sauces. The fries are very crispy, and they’re generous with the cheese curds and gravy. The food here is awesome, but it’s small so there’s not much room to sit.
I have been to this shop many times and brought many friends who haven’t tried poutine; they all love it. After all, who doesn’t love high-carb food?
