Dining in Vancouver Canada: The Lobster Man

The Lobster Man – This restaurant is located on Granville Island in Vancouver, and is quite famous. The outside of the restaurant is bright blue with a lobster logo on the window – you can’t miss it. It’s not spacious and there aren’t any seats inside, so we had to enjoy the food outside. So if you visit in the winter and eat outside, your food may get cold quickly.

I ordered the Signature Lobster Roll. To be honest, I prefer to eat lobster without sauce, because this way I can better taste the lobster meat, the salt and sweetness from the ocean. Don‘t get me wrong! The special sauce is still good. The brioche bun is toasted so the outside is crispy. They serve fries on the side, but these were a bit cold by the time I got to them. They were pretty crispy though; I’m sure they would have been good if they were fresh.

In addition to the Lobster Roll meal, this store also sells fresh lobsters and other seafood. If you just want to taste lobster, you can come here to buy one, then cook it by yourself!
