Despite the chilly weather and brisk winds coming off the water, the line outside was long and steady — always a good sign when it comes to food. The shop itself is cozy and small, with limited indoor seating, so most people grab their scoops and enjoy them outside. Yes, even in winter.

They do offer hot drinks too, but I came for one thing only — ice cream. Here’s what I ordered:

Peaches & Cream: Creamy, rich, and surprisingly fresh-tasting. The peach chunks inside weren’t just flavouring — they added real texture and a burst of fruity sweetness. It felt nostalgic, like a homemade dessert from childhood.

I stood by the railing at the edge of the pier, ice cream in hand, watching as Brooklyn Bridge lit up in the twilight and the Manhattan skyline slowly sparkled to life.
