2015 Southeast Asia Travel: Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos

In 2015 summer, I traveled with several Chinese friends to Guilin, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and Laos. Throughout the journey, many things happened. Initially, I felt uneasy about Southeast Asia travel, but after arriving, I discovered it wasn’t as dangerous as I had imagined. The people are kind, the cost of living is low, and the region is rich with a long history and tales of conflict. It shares some cultural similarities with Taiwan, yet it is so different. Overall, Southeast Asia is a great place to visit for a week-long break from the hard work of daily life!

My third long trip: 2015/06/30~2015/08/27
