Best Coffee Roaster in Chilliwack Canada: Smoking Gun

Chilliwack is a small town located about 100km away from Vancouver. The view and environment are serene and beautiful, it also boasts a newly developed commercial area called District 1881. Here you’ll find a highly acclaimed coffee shop called Smoking Gun. Vancouver Coffee Snob recognized it as the Best Coffee Roaster of 2023, solidifying its reputation.

We ordered their Americano, Latte, and Matcha Latte. The coffee at this shop is truly exceptional. It‘s not bitter; instead, it’s smooth, with a refreshing taste and a robust coffee aroma. The quality surpasses the generic feel often associated with chain coffee shops, and each sip reflects the dedication of the roaster. On the other hand, the Matcha Latte was a bit too sweet, but still good..

Smoking Gun is really busy. Even on a rainy weekday afternoon when we visited, the place was packed, with every seat occupied. Many patrons were either working or savoring the delicious coffee, creating an atmosphere that blends the simplicity of daily life with a touch of romance.
